Managing Screen Pops

A Screen Pop refers to a system capability of showing a customer application with pre-defined customer information based on incoming call parameters. You can implement Screen Pops by a number of mechanisms. Avaya one-X Agent can launch as a Screen Pop though a Web browser and Web services customer application while answering an incoming call. You can pass the Calling Number, VDN, UUI or digits to this application to customize the content popped.
